How to view encrypted huawei documents?

I got some lte documents from huawei, but it is encrypted and asks for password when trying to open them. Is there any way to remove that protection from pdf?

really, very little information. but try forum search.
I see RMS in 2005-2007, only a huawei employee could see manual.
of course, they didn't want to lose their job))

try to decrypt, online services couldnt do this. It seems like you need Brutforce to crack this file

Also search and find LTE Tuning document from Huawei, not sure that it is same with yours, but hope you find it useful
