Qualcomm NR Serving Measurement Packet

Hi Guys,
I need help in figuring out the packet which contains NR serving measurement report. For LTE, I am extracting RSRP, RSRQ, RSSI, etc from 0xB193 (LTE ML1 Serving Cell Meas Resp). What would be the packet ID that would consist SS-RSRP, SS-RSRQ, CSI-RSRP, CSI-RSRQ etc for NR measurements.

I can see some measurement values for NR in 0xB97F NR5G ML1 Searcher Measurement Database Update Ext but I couldn't convert "Cell Quality RSRP Raw" to "Cell Quality RSRP". If you know how to convert this value, please help me out. Attached is the screenshot of the packet and the value I am referring to.

i haven't 80-PC674-2 PDF but all packets inside ICD manuals.
