Dears,
1- How to steer traffic between GSM900 and GSM1800 and vice versa?
2- How to steer traffic between 3G and 2G and vice versa?
3- How to steer traffic between 3G and 4G and vice versa?

Which vendor?
For 2g 900 and 1800 you can use parameters CRO, priority, layers. Also traffic balancing handovers

Between 2 and 3, and also Between 3 and 4 you can change priority of external neighbours and neighbours freq group. If your vendor is Huawei, you can check interopability parameters in omstar

Here are a set of parameters to steer traffic from G900 to G1800 (NOKIA):

For idle mode: (cellReselectOffset, cellReselectParamInd, multiBandCell,multiBandCellReporting)
G900 Cells (0,1, 1, 3)
G1800 Cells (8, 1, 1, 3)


For connected mode: enable enableUmbrellaHo for G900 and disable it for G1800 and configure ADCE relations to steer traffic to G1800
