I ask again, how do I get the radio to turn on automatically in programming mode, Tried 1, 9 and power, cannot get it work, and same with head (front), I have the right software, and the right cable, the radio in question is an MTM800E, I can not find anything regarding this type of error on google. First of all, in CPS i open and search for rs232, whe i push and hold, powerbutton i get contact with radio, when i release the button, the radio turns off. And, the head is blank all the time, the red lamp do not light up.
