what means fluctuating? hanging? if yes please do acc manualrestart, if often happened and restart required, you could schedule with crontab, or replace your DUW

Check Transmission Issue.
check VSWR.
Check any faulty HW "RRU/RU"

Hello,
There are a few things to consider. You should tell us how do you connect to the DUW. Is it locally? Remotely? Do you use the EMAS GUI or are you connecting using Moshell/Amos?

First things you should check are the active alarms and the alarm log.
If the DUW is a standalone installation with an RBS6601 you should check power cables and the power equipment. If it's a more complex system like and outdoor 6102 RBS or and indoor 6201 you should also check the other nodes for alarms.

Just let us know the alarms and maybe we can figure out where's the issue.
