Hello experts,

We noted that when setting the Inter frequency cell resel priority configure indicator to NOT_CFG (MOD EUTRANINTERNFREQ) , the RRC setup success rate increases.
Setting Inter frequency cell resel priority configure indicator to NOT_CFG means Deactivating reselection to an inter-frequency E-UTRAN cell
