Winfiol License issue: Max umber of users exceeded

Hello Deras,
We have to excute the winfiol on a remote server but when one user open it another user cannot open it.
The error is:
Max umber of users exceeded!!!
Is there any one can help!

You can run just one WF at the time on the same PC.
This is limit.
