Mavenir has RRU and vBBU but only for LTE
Parallels wireless has LTE and claim they have 5G solution
ASOCS has software they run on top of Bentel vRRU
Altiostar do software they run on radioheads from NEC and integrating on Lo-Phy with new cisco ncs540 with upgradable fpga to do profile A fronthaul without tsn.

Thanks guys for your feedback.
According to mainstream vendors feedback (Huawei,ZTE, E//, Nokia), 3GPP haven't frozen the Cloud RAN specification in LTE, but 5G has been completed in 3GPP RL15.
Do share with me if you have different view/source.

Meanwhile, can share the mentioned OPEN RAN vendors solution above?

Some of the links below could be useful for your better understanding on Cloud RAN deployment:

classical ran vendors do not do ORAN - it is a threat to their main business. Sometimes they do some trials/shows to push marketing pitch, but in reality they do not do ORAN/XRAN.
classical vendors do CRAN/vRAN, but they are far away from the field implementation.
telecom communities like TIP (driven by telefonica) and OCP (driven by verizon) had defined the slpits and has blueprints of implementation the ORAN and Fronthaul (unfortunately, TIP is quite lame there)
telefonica's doc is obsolete (I met the guy who wrote it)
