Can anyone please share if you have the datasheet for baseband 6630 of e*******?

I specifically need the max configuration in mixed (WCDMA+LTE), (WCDMA+GSM), (GSM+LTE) and (GSM+WCDMA+LTE).

Then only thing i can find online about this baseband is it supports 24TRXs in GSM single mode.

Any help is greatly appreciated !
