Improve DL throughput

Dear expert,
DL throughput on my network is not good.
We wanna find main problem and give the solution
Please tell me what I have to do?

Check:
1. what is network level CQI?
2. How much throughput you are getting(Please specify the band and bandwidth)
3. Check for current iBLER in the network.(Let me know the vendor as well).
4. Network level UL interference.
5. RANK 1 and 2 % contribution.
6. Network level PDSCH MCS.
7. You can check whether MIMO(using MIMO counters) effectively working in your network or not?

for Voice Retainability (considering most of them will be due to Radio) try optimizing the EbNoDCH and SIR targets (MO: EbNosetIdentifier). For Throughput at RNC level, try the PRFILE 002:1817 DYNPWROFFSETUSAGE.

For Accessibility , check the cause first. Your NW is DL/UL limited ? Code fail issues ? Radio fails ? You will get this all in RSRAN073 report. Download and check these failure causes and then action need to be planned as per it.

Please check your KPI. Is this Cell DL throughput or User average DL throughput or User average DL throughput per QCI ?
