Hi dear experts,
One question, im dealing with the following:
the counter SINR_PUSCH_AVG/M8005C95 or to "say" the same the kpi LTE_5371a, when queried at ROP15 min level has one value but when the query its done at ROP hour level the result is not the arithmetic mean (average) of the 4 rop15min of the same hour. I tried some logarithmic average and also it doesnt match.
Does anybody know how netact handle this aggregation.
