Dear Experts,

Any way to condition the configuration of scell based on RSRP of target Scell as with Huawei (A4 event triggered)

The parameter scellMeasThreshRsrp is useful only with non gap-assisted measuremet UE (few user) not useful for our case

You are right, sir. As far as I know the only feature to perform measurement based addition is LTE2276, and as you mentioned there is no effective Measurement Based addition since the number of UEs supporting gapless measurement is very small.
