Actix - finding out of KPIs

Dear experts,

I need find out some KPIs that are not in standard reports in Actix. I need to find out these KPIs:

LTE - PS Setup Success rate
LTE - PS Drop Rate
LTE - E-RAB Setup Success Rate

3G - Pilot Pollution (within 5db) - Does this value means only number of
poluters (pilots in Active set are not counted)

Is it possible to calculated for KPI value means that 95% of samples are
larger than calculated KPI value?
For example: The walue in report RxLev = -71.26dBm means that 95% of
samples are better than -71.26dBm ?

Can you please advice me how I can find out these KPIs or if you have report, please could you share?
