Traffic balancing from Macro sites to Small Cells in Nokia

Hi All,

I would like to push traffic from Macro sites to Small Cells, its Nokia equipment, what options do I have?
Parameters/Features etc, .

Not familiar with Nokia but almost sure that offload will be the same concept for any vendor..

so far what i am understand its not about type of site,
- thing need to be consider is Coverage Overlap, then u can adjust CIO between their relation.
- adjust reselection (idle) / connected prio (connected )
- adjust B2 paremeter if diferent Freq.
