Will E******* 3G ANR Feature be able to add neighbors of other Vedor RNC Cells

Has anyone tested that if the E******* 3G ANR Feature can also add other vendor RNC Cells as neighbors means will it add external Utran Neighbor relations by using this feature?

Has anyone tested it at inter vendor boundary cells.

In my network it does. E/ 3G cells can add relations with 3G NSN cells.

My network it doesn't, E/// can't add relation to Huawei 3G cells

It is possible, just need lic for this additional feature.

Hi, what about LTE FDD 2100 inter vendor to TDD 2300? For example L21 is E/// & L23 is Huawei, is it working also?

Yes it can add but u have to define these other vender cells as external cells in the E/// RNC
