Alcatel-Lucent / Nokia 8TR 723 (ITM-CIT) wanted

I've recently purchased some AMS 1643 SDH equipment for a retronetworking project, and am looking for any sources for the Alcatel/Lucent (now part of Nokia) IMS-CIT software for configuring those units. Part number is 8TR 723.
