Am having issue starting my TEMS programs on window 10.It work for some days and today I tried to run the program and it keep saying" Window could not start the TEMS Mediator Service services on local computer.
Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion"
Please could someone suggest how I can solve this issue.

Did you try to reinstall?

Yes I did many times,but could not start TEMS mediator service
