change the BLERQUALITY from -20 to -27 will improve the MOS as attached the result.thanks



Means:Actual value of the target BLER of DCH based on the GUI value of this parameter
Impact:
- The larger the value of this parameter:- The higher the BLER
- The lower the target SIR
- The worse the QoS.
