I have to optimize MOS Score for 2G & 3G.
But I'm not enough documents or experiences.

mainly AMR Codec Rate is the main factor
so for 2G try to decrease HR & increase FR
for 3G, if possible try implement WB-AMR

otherwise, improve RF radio conditions
