I'll tell you the easiest way, Go to my earlier post

and download all the types of processor. I personally like "**** Processor BR6", if you want to see the cell ids with BTSM_BTS and BSCs then select table CREATEBTS and there you go, it will convert it in to excel. Similarly you can extract other tables as well.
