Dears, I've a simple question: In case of bein hired directly by Customer/ Operator for a network that use Huawei vendor In this case, will you have an account to access to: 1) Wins Space 2) support.huawei.com 3) open SR & RFC 4)3MS

No, 3ms is closed Huawei site. If you use Huawei as vendor, you can get support.huawei account if you are lucky

I'm, in 2005, just opened a support case for access to the site.

but the most interesting is new software and firmware,
and there it just doesn't download it.

Perhaps you have a Guest account (Guest user) in support of Huawei. in order for you to download the software you must upgrade your account to the level of Customer account or Partner account.

I was interested in software for BTS, BSC, RRU

as far as I know, then the Huawei engineers also needed confirmation.

simple test. who can download firmware for OptiX RTN 380 (not 380H).

I have already found one, but I have been searching for a long time.

The OptiX RTN 380 software is not available on the support site. you need to contact the manager or write them a letter
