EQ8096 access

Hi all.EQ8096 is an edge HFC equipmment. Usually the access to manage it is with an IP address via internet navigator and no credentials needed, but, in some cases user and password is requested. If someone is familiar with this maybe can provide me those data, user and password.Thanks by advance.
