Dear Experts
I face some issue in my 4G network

The issue is sometimes I found my phone can't access to internet but I can see in on 4G network then I have to do some event like making calls or putting my phone in airplane mode. After that I can access to internet.

well from this lack of information & trace files it seems your phone doesn't respond to paging. please check paging cycle and Drx paging cycle also if you have DRX activated on network. try the same on a site that has DRX off.

Hi,

Similar issue observed in other networks as well. It is called "No Browsing issue" . Finally it was witnessed:

1. UE in such scenario latch in a specific QCI with different QOS which was causing hte issue
2. Charging system has problem and was very frequent deleting user subscription to use internet

Hi

Its happens when PDP context gets deleted in core node. UE will be requesting with old session id which is getting rejected.
