2G HO issue

HI Expert,

I have two 2G cells with high HO failure(HORTTOCH) but only in one direction (the oposite direction have a high succes rate),This issue is only with this neighbour.

Hi,
I had two similar cases in my network. The root cause was due to Co-BCCH / BSIC, HO command got send to wrong BTS.

Check if your source cell has the possibility to see a cell with with same BCCH , respective BCCH & BSIC as your target cell. If so, change BCCH of target cell.

yes, as confirmed by pathloss, it might be CO-BCCH BSIC isue, try to find the cell having the same config BCCH and/or BCCH-BSIC in the surrounding area and correct it.
