PUMA T3plus: DSP Download Fail

Hi friends,
I have a problem with a T3 plus, i can use it without any problem in TMO and DMO , but when i switch in FM mode on the radio display there is a popup with "DSP Download Fail" alert...
i have erase all flash memory, reupload all files (boot,firmware,code, data) but nothing change: in fm mode i have the same error.

Any idea to solve this problem?
