what's the recommended value for inactivity timer for LTE TDD (fixed CPEs scanario)

we kept it default, we tried increasing it too. but did not make much difference in service connectivity but RRc license requirement increased. I would not recommend it.

On Huawei we use 20 seconds for a TDD WTTx-like scenario. Lowering it too much will result in increased (and unnecessary) signalling load. I would recommend something between 20 and 30 seconds for WTTx 10-20 seconds for normal MBB usecase. You can also investigate by analyzing your current pattern to see if the setting is not too low/high for your current usecase.

Agree with subway, 20s is good and 10s is good for mobile(celluar).

The comment of the subway is valid, but only after making an evaluation of its standard, then you can decide if you will use a value or not.
