Decoding LTE RRC messages (hex) in Wireshark

Hello,

Can anyone provide some simple steps of how to decode LTE RRC Hex in Wireshark?

Have searched Google and although there seems to be some info here and there, none of it is complete.

For example the hex below is an RRC Connection Request. How to decode this in Wireshark?
