Dear Helping Community
My question is that we have been receiving a lot of complaints regarding data bundles of particular size (eg 100 Gb) getting consumed far quickly on LTE than on 3G; even though consumers say that their data usage pattern remains the same. This is actually pushing them to lock on lower technology RATs. I mean one of the opetions could be usage of Youtube. I mean with higher data rate available the user would be automatically choosing higher resolution videos , even on mobiles. Now for videos that they close after a few seconds of viewing the download would have occurred quickly already , which is a data download gone to waste, in their perspective. This could be causing their bundles to finish quickly. Can you share you experience if something else could also cause this experience. ??
