Mentum Planet installation issue with mapinfo pro

Please am having map info issue after installation of mentum 7.0.211. I already have mapinfo pro 16 installed on my laptop.please how do I resolve the issue of installation so that it will bypass map info
It keeps saying

Failed to install mapinfo pro
Setup will now exit

Anyone with latest mentum planet 7.1 should kindly share.thanks

I have seen old posts in the past where people have said that you can't have an existing separate installation of MapInfo installed on the machine. So try completely removing that and see if Planet will fully install.

I did as you suggested but it kept on saying "failed to setup mapinfo"
