FYI, please find below our 2G drop rate KPI formula which considering TCH ReEstablishment.
TCH Drop Rate % = TCH_AbNormal_Release / (TCH_AbNormal_Release + TCH_Normal_Release)
TCH_AbNormal_Release = DROP_AFTER_TCH_ASSIGN - TCH_RE_EST_ASSIGN
TCH_Normal_Release = TCH_NORM_RELEASE
Sometimes our 2G drop become negative because TCH_RE_EST_ASSIGN triggering more than DROP_AFTER_TCH_ASSIGN.
Can anybody support whom experiencing this issue why we have (-ve) value?
