Connect to what? Probe?
1. If your Huawei P10 VTR-L09 or VTR-L29 was provided by Huawei, you must have your PHU Account for your PHU apps ( PHU Tester/PHU Site/PHU Cluster). PHU alone can have drivetest (like TEMS Pocket, Nemo Handy).
2. If you will need to connect it to Probe, on Settings on PHU app, you much change modemlog to USB mode, you still need to sign in using your PHU account. Usually also changing to Manufacture Mode can open port settings.
3. You still need PHU to make Controls (Band, Cell lock etc)

So what you need to do is, get your PHU account, or bring your P10 get update or unlock by Huawei personnel to enable it to Probe by PHU.
