Silent Call Issues - Nokia N/w

Hi Experts,<br><br>Nortel n/w replaced with Nokia SRAN 16.10. Silent calls in lot of places and on observation it is found that whenever AMR 5.95 &amp; 4.75 is used silence occurs. But radio conditions are good still AMR selection is like this. Vendor says only UE requests AMR and they have locked these values. The problem seems to be okay now still the reason is unacceptable. Why AMR selected is poor though the radio conditions are good, there is no congestion and thresholds are default value only.Issue is with GSM n/w.As far i know though AMR is low there should be poor audio quality but not complete silence.

What is the Value of HRI BSC parameters in your NW, Which SRAN version your are dealing with: SRAN16.10 MPxx?

Yes we are using SRAN 16.10 only. And could you pls elaborate HRI Parameters and its preferred value.
