How to be E******* RAN certified

Hello any Idea how to get certificate in E******* RBS remote Integration
Want to improve my carrier but I am not working with E******* directly but with contractors on Integration remote support for field creating scripts and define LTE in ENM

i am looking for same certification when I contacted E******* they informed me that they never train except E******* engineers or E******* customers or contractors .

as far as I know there is no certification stream for Radio certification for E//. Nokia has, it's inherited from Alcatel

but I still doubt that there are any E/// courses openly available for the public (correct me if I'm wrong).

there is an indian company called COGNITEL they give 3G 4G E******* RNC Troubleshooting courses for 700 USD but I have no idea about the quality
If anyone Know he can help us Thanks

They also have a 3G RAN course, but it is "corporate only"
In fact, the 4G RAN is the only E// course open to general public.
