actix cellref 2g&3g please help

hi all

i want to combine 2g & 3g data in one cellref file to import it on actix , i tried as actix recommendation , but not work with , is there any macro to combine it all .


the below header for 2g cellref

Site Name Site Number Latitude Longitude Sector Number Azimuth Beamwidth EIRP BCCH LAC CI BSIC Layer Type Vendor BSC name Height Tilt

I am trying to open, edit or create new actix celref in latest actix releases but it do nothing and neither of options are working. Anyone have same experience or know how to resolve it please?
