I'm experiencing installation failures during the install of 'iBwave Design x64 7.1.6.61, Installer Issues on Win7 64bit'.

After package verification & information collection stage, at the point of 'Application Requirements' - Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime 12.0 (x64)'. I constantly experience
this failure message seen below. Already, installed on my system are as follows.

Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable - x64 9.0.30729'.
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable - x64 10.0.40219'.
Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable - x64 11.0.61030'.
Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable - x64 12.0.40660'.... etc..

However, with all these MVC++' already installed, i still encounter this failure message as seen below. Could anyone help me solve this issue.

'Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime 12.0 (x64) - Could not be installed .5628758',
'iBwave Design x64 Setup cannot continue

Me too. I think this problem is caused by the programs (Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables, actually) that are installed on your PC. However uninstalling Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables doesn't help. I have faced this issue with iBwave Design x64 7.1.6.61 only, other versions work fine.

Below is the procedure that works for me.

In my case (Windows 7 Enterprise x64), it doesn't work. Both iBwaveVIEWER_x64_7.1.6.61 and iBwaveVIEWER_x64_10.1.0.108 fail to be installed.

It seems that iBwave Design x64 7.1.6.61 tries to install some Visual C++ Redistributables on its own, and it doesn't care whether they are present already or not.

I already successfully installed iBwave Version 6.4.3 64b version, with the help of Zeuscane. If anyone need it I could share it here.
My question is: there is a working iBwave Design x64 7.1.6.61 version available? I mean if we can use it fully.

In my case, these files are already installed and I still get the error message "iBwave Design x64 Setup cannot continue".
I tried to uninstall them completely and to install them all over again, but still now luck.
