Local Cell Capability Decline

Hello Dear Member;

I have this alarm on a NodB "Local Cell Capability Decline (Cause=DC not supported by the cell and Flexible Dual Carrier HSDPA not supported by the cell or configured capability exceeding the capability limit) after Flexible Dual Carrier activation on third carrier.

Any idea please?

did you set related license of Flexi-DC? (nodeb level license)
