FTP Program continuous folder download

Any idea, is there any FTP program that can keep downloading specific folder contents
as long as content has been updated

*Take in consideration that my objective folder is keep updating and replacing its own sub-files each 15 minutes

If you know any FTP program can do this or any alternative solution
Please let me know

if your ftp is base on windows/linux, you can try "syncBack" / "Rsync"

I am using allwaysync . this is running on my desktop/laptop and there is scheduler entry basically you can show the folder (any, unix, linux, windows, mac ... file folder) and you can make a trigger like
if this folder or insode of the folder size updates in the last xx min, sec, hours etc i would like to donwload or sync to drives.
i am downloding all the statistics from base stations with this method.
its awesome. stats with free version if required you can purchase

I use wget + cron to synchronize 30-40 FTP sites on my old NAS.
The total size of all sites is about ~10 TB.

on the PC, old HP DL180, I use freebsd8 + Raid0 + ZFS.
this is the best solution for my case, if rewind time 5-8 years ago ))
