Mapper that Needed before planning in Atoll

Hello Everyone. when we want planning network celullar in Atoll. before planning, we must have three map base altitude (heigh), Classes and Vector.
My Question is
how am i make classes map (RASTER) and what software i need?
or there are guideline/tutorial about it?

Map data is normally purchased from Map Providers.

You can search this forum for some maps shared by the members.

It is normally not practical to create large maps yourself. Although you can do that by some opensource tool such as QGIS etc.

I want to create own map (Raster).
I haven't get reference that I can use as tutor.

i think you need detailed map usually it is bought since you need accurate map. But if you want to make your own you can make it in MAPINFO.
