Hi
as example
RLCCC:CELL=BS1,CHGR=0,SDCCH=1,CBCH=NO,TN=1;
RLCHC:CELL=BS1,CHGR=0,HOP=OFF,HSN=0;
note hop=off it mean chgr=0 for bcch frequency
if you need more sdcch block defined on second TRX wich
frequency belong chgr=1 and ofcourse Tn is used as logical channel sdcch in the case of congestion
and as TCH for traffic
what makes the difference between chgr0 and 1.

hi
I am working with seimens enviroment and i face a similar type issue,
we have a high SD Block in site near by railway line as they pass through LAC borders.
So we added SDs But then also blocking was not reduced , So know i am trying for Dynamic SD allocation.But heard that in siemens SD allocation as dynamic may prevent GPRS usage etc.
Experts please help me on same...........

u can define dynamic SD over non BCH TRX and there wil not be any effect on GPRS
