NO UL User Thpt Enhancement after Upgrade from 10M to 15M LTE 1800

Dear experts,

WhyI don't see any improvement (even a regression) in UL User Thpt after upgrading LTE1800 BW from 10to 15M !! but up to 30% increase in DL user Thpt !!

UL PRB Load goes from 20% to 16%
DL PRB Load goes from 46% to 37.7%
