LTE RRC Connection Reestablishment Request Reject

Hi all,

Our network is Huawei.We have a enodeb which have L800 and L1800 band .When you serving L800 cell,for some reason,ue sends a rrc connection reestablishment request (cause is "other").In this report PCI belongs to same sector L1800 band.But this L1800 sector reject the request and session drop.What can be the reason of that.Enodeb already know ue context ?

check rrc counters ... what´s the reason for the reject ? could be some things... license, bbp capacity, pucch congestion, transmission (less likely) & others

Thanks for your reply.Which one's drop counter is pegged in this situation.source L800 cell or Target L1800 cell.
