autolatching issue in E// 4G

Dear Expert,

I am facing issue autolatching issue in E// 4G. If handset kept ( 2G/3G/4G) mode then it unable to latch in 4g , it is latching to 3G. But when handset mode change to 4g only then it is latched to 4g . I have checked cell reseltion priority , LTE :6 & WCDMA=4 & nodeb level LTE frequency defined as its neighbor. If any other parameter to be check , please suggest .

while in automode, are you doing download or background data? if yes, it would stay on 3G until session is complete unless you have ps handover to lte feature enabled.
