Hello.
I have an emulator dongle and only can install and work in windows Test Mode.
I think is because is not signed.
Is posible modify this and sign it and install and works in normal mode?

You can't. No solution for this you must use test mode.

yes, if you buy the certificate for driver signing.
try to search GoDaddy, GlobalSign, Microsoft, Comodo
