how to check T300 value without MML?

I'm new in LTE :)

i need to know how to check value of timer T300?, and how to extract parameter dump for LTE?

mml command for T300 timer is LST UETIMERCONST

(http://www.finetopix.com/)in U2000 go to Maintenance -> NE Backup (backup to save the latest eNodeb CFG).
Backup files will be be seen in NE BACKUP List then you can directly download all XML files
