but i have 1 suggestion .... perhaps yu can make all .ppt doc being .pdf ...

with this method, we can by pass IRM security ...
this what i did to any huawei confidential doc ... :p :p

we can't open any doc w/o installing IRM client security ...

perhaps this being yur consideration ...
