to improve EcIo based on MRs

Dear Friend,
Could you kindly explain your point in more details:
1 what if CPICH is taking 5% of Total power?
2 and what about case of taking 20% of total power?

what will be the impact of we changed both case 1 & @ to 10% of total power?
