General Features
Licensing
• Handling of measurement licenses has been improved.
Atoll Management Console
• The management of data modifications history through the Atoll Management Console is now available for Microsoft SQL Server
databases.
User interface
• You can now use the Filter by Selection and Group by Selection context menus directly from a single site. This enables you to quickly filter
or group transmitters of a single site.
Geo Data
• Support for the Rikets koordinatsystem 1990 (RT90) coordinate system has been added.
Antennas
• An option has been added to support higher precision (0.1 degree) antenna patterns, primarily for microwave antennas. You can enable
this option by setting the HighResolutionAntennaPattern parameter in the [Antenna] section of the Atoll.ini file.
Automatic Cell Planning
• The UL Signal Level quality objective is now available for LTE networks.
• An option has been added to consider a pattern electrical tilt equal to zero degrees. You can enable this option by setting the
CalculateEtiltWhenZero parameter in the [ACPMisc] section of the ACP.ini file.
Radio Calculations
ITU 1546 Propagation Model
• The three following parameters from the ITU 1546 recommendation can now be configured:
• Correction for receiving/mobile antenna height.
• Cluttered transmitter correction.
• Terrain clearance angle correction.
Traffic and Capacity Planning
Simulations
• You can set the precision of the global scaling factor in a simulation by setting the GlobalScalingFactorDigitsNumber parameter in the
[Simulation] section of the Atoll.ini file.
LTE and NB-IoT Networks
LTE
• Support for up to 128 antennas, i.e., 16, 32, 64, and 128, as a first step towards massive MIMO modelling.
Network Configuration Using the AFP
• It is now possible to select the technology for which you want to perform automatic frequency planning, LTE or NB-IoT, directly in the AFP
window.

Good afternoon, DANCESTORM! I looked at the excerpt from Reliz 12009, provided on the site by Dmitry. There are improvements. There are no significant differences between the Relay 12009 and Relay 10366. Release 12009 is not a new version. There are guys who can provide you with a broken version of the Atoll Relay 12009. For the calculations, the optimal version is Atoll.Std.x64.3.3.2.10366.
It's interesting to try the Atool version shown on the webinar in Toulouse in February. What number does this version of Atoll have?
Can you have the materials of public courses Atoll UMTS / LTE (Toulouse, France - April 10-12, 2018)? It is interesting to get acquainted with these materials.
