How to create small area digital map

I want to create small area digital map (preferred 2m digital map), started with terrain, clutter and building heights which can be used in Atoll and Mentum Planet.

Please share some step by step or some basic tutorial how to create it.

to create high-resolution maps, you need information in the vectors format about clatter, contours with height, points with measured heights relative to sea level. Further, using Vertical Mapper it is possible to create a relief fnd ckatter classes in raster format. There are propagation models such as Aster. they can work with a cluster map in vector format
