PS RAB failure only degradation after national roaming

We are observing PS RAB degradation soon after National roaming activation with competitor. Let say local Operator A and B

The activation is Customer for operator B to roam to Operator A. once activation is done during Maintenance window PS RAB ( R99 , HSUPA/EUL and HSDPA rab degrades ) and the failure reason is due to counter pmNoFailedAfterAdm - we also saw PDP degrade sametime

PLease assist what could be the problem

usually when you activate such a big thing you test the service. is it working ? i mean to roam from b to A as you put it down here.

ps rab failures RNC. I dont recon that counter... pmNofailedAfterAdm that´s exactly the name ? or is it another type of counter

most likely you need to talk to ps core engineer and perform a trace to also see messages in iu interfaces, isnt ?
