Hi,
Either KnowYou KDC-5737 NB-IoT Wireless Data Terminal and Exelonix NB USB2xx will do.
A good thing is, KnowYou device can be connected directly with S7 Edge SM-G935FD and/or Xperia XZ Premium G8142 with Nemo Handy Android (NHA) v3.70.901 (using NB-IoT License inside).
